This is our team

Extensive management and consulting experience (over 15 years on average) and the strong conviction that the approach of Systemic Focus based on systemic thinking can help improve the decision making of organizations and individuals is the common denominator of our team.

The diversity in educational and professional background of five professionals from four different countries (Spain, Italy, UK, Germany) allows Systemic Focus to provide services on local, national and international level, serving a broad customer base, including large corporations, family businesses, SME’s, NGO’s and individuals.

Noemi Viedma

Noemi has nearly 20 years of consulting, management and entrepreneurial experience. She started her career with BOSCH in Germany and worked for the GIZ in Ecuador before starting her own venture in the construction industry in Barcelona in 2000. After having steered her company successfully through the economical crisis in Spain, she sold the company in 2013 to dedicate herself fully to consulting based on a systemic approach.

She holds a bachelor in economics and business administration from the University of Barcelona, a certificate of international business and trade from the University of Ancona (Italy) and a master of public and social politics of the University Pompeu Fabra.

In the field of systemic thinking, Noemi holds a master in PNL by the Institut Gestalt, is certified as executive coach by the European Coaching School and was trained by Jan Jacob Stam at the Bert Hellinger Institute in organizational constellations and system dynamics in organizations.

Collaboration partners

No doubt – our clients know their company best and their market probably better than any consultant. Therefore, our task is to accompany our clients on their way to find the best solution for the challenges ahead, to empower them and broaden their horizon towards options and opportunities outside their usual business activity.

Most of the time our clients will be able to define and implement the solutions they identified during our consultancy themselves, with internal resources and without additional external support.

However … Sometimes follow-up expert consulting might be required or recommended to implement or fine-tune the desired solution. In this case, we accompany our clients in the process and can offer them excellent professional service, provided by our collaborating partners, all specialists in their fields of expertise and all familiar with and capable to build on our systemic approach.
